- These pricing apply for coverages occurring between 7:00 and 18:00.
- Every additional consecutive hour decided on the day of the event costs €150 ex VAT (provided that I can stay).
Additional hours
- Every additional consecutive hour costs €75 ex VAT when planned before the event and if it occurs earlier than 18:00.
- Every additional consecutive hour costs €150 ex VAT if it occurs later than 18:00.
- Every additional consecutive hour decided on the day of the event costs €150 ex VAT (provided that I can stay).
For each event, I offer a wide variety of images:
- Speakers
- Participants
- Sponsors’ logos on boards, on screens, etc.
- Partnerstands, exhibitors
- General overview of the location (the event area, hall, etc.)
- Food and drinks
- Information hand over (badges, booklets, goody bags, etc.)
- Other activities and shows
- Group pictures
